Garden Maintenance

Our deep-rooted knowledge of local conditions, plants, and their preferences…
The importance of pattern, color, texture, and balance…
Pre-empting and meeting the challenges of each changing season…
And ensuring our clients’ properties look exceptional all year round…

These are the fundamentals that have won us many loyal clients (and quite a few awards) and have led to FSG growing substantially in a competitive landscaping and gardening services market. Steady growth may enable us to offer our expertise to many more clients these days, but not at the expense of our renowned personal attention to every job. We’ll never grow too big for our gumboots and will always remember our roots: we are a family business, with good, solid, home-grown values.

We focus on indigenous trees and gardens and prefer not to use pesticides in our maintenance programs. Garden Creations promotes xeriscaping, as South Africa is a water-scarce country. By creating indigenous gardens, Garden Creations is able to work within the water restrictions proposed by clients and enforced by the government.

“Gardening is the art that uses flowers and plants as paint, and the soil and sky as canvas.” – Elizabeth Murray
